To support this endeavor, we developed Business Requirements in conjunction with leaders from Marketing, Finance and Management, and provided background of current Best-in-class trends to use for education and benchmarking. From there, we created two highly sophisticated models to allow multiple scenarios to be run, including aging, resulting in 5-year Pro-formas. Example #2

International EFT Network

For a non-U.S. EFT Network, we developed a new go-to-market strategy to address the significant competitive changes in the PIN Debit landscape.

Much of the effort was focused on leading the Board of Directors through complex decision making. To support this, we analyzed, recommended and gained consensus from senior management and the Board of Directors on an overall competitive strategy. Specifically, we created strategies and analyzed impact for each existing product and service, including all pricing components.

One of the things that complicated the environment was the threat of regulatory involvement from the government. This had to be analyzed, and the threat and the impact of the threat had to be influence the revised strategy.
